Tommy - Adopted!

Is a happy, intelligent, easy-going, 3-year-old Beagle X Staffy who is looking for his forever home .

Tommy’s personality:
Tommy is an amazing doggo. He is sweet and kind; playful and loving; affectionate and easy-going. Tommy loves everyone - human and canine. He is calm and affectionate.

Tommy’s ideal forever home:
Tommy is great with kids and loves going for walks. He enjoys the company of people and doggies, so he would do well in a home with another doggy that he can play with and where he will be walked regularly and included in family outings.

Tommy’s story:
Tommy lived on a rural property which didn’t work well for him - he wasn’t in a fenced yard and liked to wander next door to the neighbours and play with the livestock. This didn’t go down to well as you can imagine. Tommy’s original owner left him with her parents when she she could no longer keep him. They are devastated to let him go but know that he is not safe on their property.

Tommy’s medical history:
Tommy is a healthy young man - he is desexed, vaccinated and treated for fleas, ticks and intestinal worms.

Tommy is a truly great doggo. He is easy-going and happy. He is calm and copes well in a shelter environment, which a lot of doggies don’t. He has a fantastic appetite and is easily and readily trainable.

Tommy’s original owner had trained him to carry out a number of tricks. He is intelligent, playful and gets along well with everyone - literally everyone.

Tommy was unable to be contained on the rural property where he lived. There was no secure fencing, and so Tommy had to be tethered for his own safety. His grandparents couldn’t bear to keep him living this was and so have made the very difficult decision to rehome Tommy.
