Storm - Adopted!
Storm is an inquisitive and affectionate boy that is looking for his lucky forever family.
Storm’s personality:
Storm is an extremely affectionate boy, who is now approximately 5 months old. He loves to run and play, with his favourite toys being wands, hairbands and his tunnel. He will spend hours chasing them around the house, only stopping for a quick smooch if he needs a little rest.
Storm loves cuddles and will quite happily join you on the couch at the end of a long day, snuggled up near your feet or on your chest. He loves to be close and once he bonds to you, he will be your little shadow around the house. Storm has a special skill in that he will sit on command (treats help this)! He is a very clever boy that just wants to please and will also come running when he is called for dinner. His other pastimes are zoomies, sitting in the windows and watching the world go by, exploring the house (in case he has missed any nooks or crannies) and napping in a sun-soaked room.
Despite his tough start to life on the streets, Storm has a gorgeous personality that we are sure is only just emerging! He will take time to adjust to new surroundings, but once he is settled, he is guaranteed to provide unlimited love and joy to your family.
Storm’s ideal forever home:
Storm would best suit a home where he can settle in at his own pace, maybe with someone that is home regularly and can help him adjust and feel safe. A home that is more quiet would be preferable, but Storm has shown himself to be quite adaptable, so this is not a deal-breaker.
As with all of our rescue cats, Storm will need to be adopted as indoor only.
Storm’s story:
Storm was born on the streets, into a stray colony in Forster, of approximately 50 cats. He was rescued by one of our very own volunteers, Georgia, who has made it her mission to help as many of these cats as possible. Storm was rescued at around 2-3 months old and has since spent time in a foster home, where he has really been able to come out of his shell. He is still timid in new situations and with new people, but where there is consistency and lots of love, he will adapt quickly as he has shown to already.
Storm’s medical history:
Storm is a happy healthy boy who has been microchipped, vaccinated and kept up to date with all parasitic preventatives. He is currently booked in for his desexing procedure and this will be completed before his adoption.

Playtime is a must with this young man, one of his favourite things is to zoom around after his toys whenever he gets a chance.
