Manuka - Adopted!

Manuka is an almost 6 month old, mixed breed girl who loves people so much!

Manuka’s personality:
Little Miss Manuka etches an indelible place in everyone's heart. She is so pretty and her little personality mimics that perfectly. She is sweet & gentle and will happily be cuddled for as long as someone is willing to do so. She loves to play fight with her sister and also enjoys a game of fetch! Manuka loves going for walks and is also very playful with other dogs.

Manuka’s ideal forever home:
Manuka would suit a home with another quiet dog to gently teach her the ropes. She would also love her humans to be around to give cuddles all the time! As she is still a puppy, Manuka will need an understanding family to spend time with her and provide ongoing training as she grows up.

Manuka’s story:
Manuka is part of a litter of 8 pups that were found being dumped at the local pound. They came straight to us at the Rescue for lots of love and care. We are unsure of their exact breed and anticipate that Manuka will grow to be medium-large sized dog. She has been with us at Sweet Pea since June and has blossomed into such a beautiful young lady. We can’t wait for her perfect family to come along!

Manuka’s medical history:
Manuka has a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia, causing her to be a little bit wobbly on her feet. She lives a normal life as any other puppy would and loves to play, wrestle and go for walks. Her balance isn't as good as it would otherwise be, but she gets along just fine and is a happy and otherwise, healthy young pup. Manuka is desexed, micro-chipped, vaccinated and receives regular flea, tick and worming prevention treatments.

More about Manuka:
This beautiful girl thinks there is nothing better than being around humans and having cuddles. She was very content to be carried around as a small pup- something that has become a challenge as she grows up! She loves to go for walks in her supportive harness and bounds along without a care in the world. Manuka doesn’t know she is any different from any other dog and can’t wait to find her forever home where she will be loved and supported for the rest of her life.

Her adoption fee is $450 which covers all of her medical care to date. She is desexed, vaccinated and up to date with preventatives for fleas, ticks and worms.
