Indi’s personality:
Indi is a 6 year old Bull Arab X and is one of the sweetest doggies we have ever met! She loves playing fetch, doing zoomies around the yard, going for long walks and of course - snuggles. Indi will steal your heart when you first meet her, cuddling right in and showing you her favourite ball. Indi also absolutely loves going in the car, because it always means a new adventure awaits her! She will stick her head out the window and watch the world go by on the way to her next exciting destination. Indi walks well on a lead and is used to wearing a harness while walking. She will stop to sniff and check out things of interest on the way, while always making sure you are close by.
If you are looking for a companion to spend your days with, then Indi is the girl for you! She will very happily cuddle up on the couch or the bed (she loves to be touching) and follow you around the house while you go about your day. Her only ask for all the love she will give you is that in return, she can have a big game of fetch and a walk every day.
Indi’s ideal forever home:
Indi’s ideal forever home is one with a yard big enough for her to chase her ball to her heart’s content. She will also require lots of love and patience as she adjusts to another big change in her life of moving into her forever home. Indi would really suit any home that will be able to provide her with stability, safety and love. She has been around children before, but has never lived with them so a home with older children that are able to throw her ball or take her for walks daily may be better suited. Most importantly, she would just love to be included in family outings. Another dog as a companion would be ok with Indi, as long as she was still able to get lots of attention from her humans and the other doggie was happy to share their ball!
Indi’s story:
Indi was initially rehomed just over a year ago after living on a farm for her whole life, where it was reported that she was left tied to a fence day in and day out. Her new owner loved her more than anything, but had to make the heart-breaking decision to find her a new home due to work commitments. Indi moved into Sweet Pea in April this year and although it took her a few days to settle in, she is now loving her playtime and walks with our wonderful volunteers. Everyone who meets Indi is instantly smitten – her sweet and gentle nature ensures that no-one leaves without a cuddle! t.
Indi’s medical history:
Indi is a very healthy 6 year old girl and has passed her health checks with flying colours. She is desexed, microchipped and up to date with her annual vaccinations. She is also receiving regular flea, tick and worming preventatives monthly. Indi is patiently waiting for her forever family to come along now and give her the life she deserves!
