Mimi - - Adopted!

Mimi is a gentle, calm and loving 5 month old girl. She prefers a quiet home and can’t wait to find her forever family.

Mimi’s personality:
Mimi is a gorgeous medium-haired Tabby kitten, who is around 5 months old now. She is a gentle soul with a calm and loving personality. Once she is comfortable around you, she will love to snuggle up on your lap and will ask for endless pats and affection. Mimi was born on the streets, as part of a large, stray cat colony in Forster. Since she was rescued from her previous life, she has spent time in a loving foster home where she has been able to learn to trust humans and to enjoy affection and being handled. Understandably, Mimi prefers a more quiet environment where she can watch the world go by - she is a very observant young lady! She thrives in the company of other cats and will do well to live with a feline companion of a similar age, or one that is older but still playful.

Mimi loves pats and once she gets to know you, will readily accept as many as she can get. All the while purring like a freight train! She also loves to play and will spend hours on end chasing her toys around, until it is time for a nap in the sun, or even… on your lap if you’re lucky!!

Mimi’s ideal forever home:
Mimi would suit a quiet home, with minimal comings and goings, where she is able to relax and feel safe. Older children would be preferable in her new home so that they are able to respect her space. In time, Mimi will become more and more comfortable in her new home and then her personality will truly shine.

Mimi’s story:
Mimi was born on the streets, into a stray colony in Forster, of approximately 50 cats. She was rescued by one of our very own volunteers, Georgia, who has made it her mission to help as many of these cats as possible. Mimi was caught at around 3 months old and has spent time in a foster home since where she has really come out of her shell. She is still timid in new situations and with new people, but where there is consistency and lots of love, she will adapt quickly as she has already.

Mimi is now currently living at the rescue, patiently waiting for a home to call her own.

Mimi’s medical history:
Mimi is a healthy girl. She is microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with all parasitic preventatives. She is currently booked in for her desexing procedure and this will be completed prior to her adoption.
