Tallulah - Adopted!

Tallulah is an adorable 4 month old Boerboel X, looking for her forever family after a rough start to her young life.

Tallulah’s personality:
Tallulah is a 4 month old, adorable bundle of fun! Because she was a stray, we only have minimal information on her breed, but we know that she is a Boerboel X. She has a calm and gentle personality considering her age but is also just a typical puppy – excelling at zoomies, puppy wrestling and exploring. Tallulah is inquisitive and curious about the world around her, preferring to explore in piles of leaves than play with toys. She is also very cheeky! When playing with her brother, Timon, she finds sneaky little hiding spots where she can pounce on him as he comes past.

Tallulah loves a relaxing dip in her doggy pool to cool off during playtime, splashing around very happily. She also prefers the reassurance of having her humans close by where she can check in during breaks in play. She will most definitely be a cuddly companion at the end of a long day of fun activities!

Tallulah’s ideal forever home:
Tallulah will require a home where she is able to have someone keep her company while she settles in to her new home. Because she is still so young, we would recommend that Tallulah attends puppy school or receives ongoing training for socialisation and to help her be the best grown up doggy that she can be. Tallulah has such a sweet personality and loves to have human or doggy company - she would suit a forever family that already has a well-adjusted doggy that might be looking for a playmate! Tallulah will need a nice, grassy yard that is fully fenced so that she can run and play safely at home. She absolutely needs room for her zoomies!

Tallulah would suit pretty much any home as far as we can tell! The most important thing is that she will have attentive and loving owners that will help her feel secure while she is so young and introduce her to the big wide world. Because of her love for exploring, Tallulah would love a home where she is able to accompany her humans on adventures out and about.

Tallulah’s story:
Tallulah was found wandering in Forster in February. She was not microchipped and so was impounded by the council, staying with us under duty of care due to her age. Not long after this, her littermate brother, Timon, came into our care after he found himself in the pound after also wandering the streets of Forster. Tallulah or Timon were never claimed by their owners and are now looking for their loving forever homes. Both pups are doing exceptionally well and love spending time together.

Tallulah’s medical history:
Tallulah has received her first puppy vaccination and will be desexed prior to her adoption. She is a very happy, healthy girl who has also been microchipped and treated for fleas, ticks and worms.

More about Tallulah:
Tallulah will make an amazing companion for one lucky family. She is curious about the world around her and loves to explore new scents and environments. She will excel with further training and socialisation, already loving the company of humans and other doggies – not much seems to phase this girl! Tallulah is quite content with finding a relaxing spot to sit and watch the world go by, provided she is not missing out on an opportunity for zoomies!

This adorable, cuddly girl is more than ready for her happily ever after and can’t wait to meet her forever family.

Tallulah’s adoption fee is $500, which contributes towards her care at the rescue to date.
