Cali is a sweet and loving, high-energy girl, who is looking for a quiet and calm forever home.

Cali’s personality:
Cali is a sweet and loving, high-energy girl. She loves nothing more than to be touched and stroked and shown love. Her second favourite past time is playing.

Cali’s ideal forever home:
Cali will thrive in a home that is quiet and calm, without too many distractions. She loves the company of humans and a canine mate to play with!

Cali’s story:
Cali was rescued from Taree pound in July 2019. She has been in our care ever since and is patiently awaiting her forever home.

Cali’s medical history:
Cali is fit & healthy, with no medical issues. She is desexed, microchipped, and up to date with vaccinations, heartworm treatment, intestinal worming, and ticks & fleas preventative.

More about Cali:

Cali is a very special girl and is adored by all of our volunteers. She is so eager to love and be loved. She has the most beautiful and soulful eyes. No matter what is going on or how excited Cali is, if you touch her with love, she stops and melts into a puddle at your feet.

Cali’s only flaw is that she can be reactive when she is on lead. She actually loves other dogs and simply wants to play. We assume that she was not socialised as a pup and therefore, is uncertain in new environments. As with all doggies, she should be introduced to new K9 friends using proper dog etiquette,

Cali loves to play with balls, either tossing them in the air and catching them or playing soccer. She dribbles like a pro! She can entertain herself for hours, and is obedient and intelligent. Cali learns quickly and can work out all sorts of puzzles. She is a clever girl!

Cali loves to go on adventures - she loves the beach, the bush, and open plains. She would love to part of a quiet and calm household, where she has plenty of room to play with a K9 buddy!
