Myrtle - Adopted!
Sweet, affectionate Myrtle is on the lookout for her forever home! She loves a cuddle, just as much as zoomies - making her the perfect addition to any cat-loving family!
Myrtle’s personality:
Myrtle is currently 8 months old (as at the end of May 2024) and has been with us at Sweet Pea since March of this year. This adorable little girl is easily one of the smoochiest kitties that we have ever met! She loves company and will happily sit on your lap for hours on end, even sometimes choosing your shoulder as her perching spot! Miss Myrtle is friendly with the other resident cats and currently shares an enclosure with our beautiful boy, Peanut.
She loves having space to run and play, mixing up where she climbs and what toys she plays with on a daily basis. Her happy purr while having cuddles will make your heart melt, we promise!
Myrtle’s ideal forever home:
Myrtle will suit just about any home, once given the time and space to settle in and adjust. As far as we know she has not been around doggies or children, but is definitely suited to a home where there would be another cat to play with. As with all of our rescue cats, Myrtle must be adopted as indoor only.
Myrtle’s story:
Myrtle was dumped on the reception desk of Sweet Pea Animal Hospital, alongside her brother Gatsby in March. Despite the rescue being well over capacity, we made it work and they have been safe, loved and cared for by us since. Gatsby was lucky enough to be adopted into his forever home already! Myrtle deserves a forever home where she will never be abandoned again and able to live the happy life that she deserves. She is such a joy to have here and we know that she will make one lucky family very happy.
Myrtle’s medical history:
Myrtle is a very healthy girl who has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and kept up to date with flea, tick and worming preventatives.
More about Myrtle:
Myrtle is a beautiful young lady who finds joy in playing and cuddling with her human friends. She is still young and we are grateful that we have been able to keep her safe while she waits for her forever home. Myrtle would love a family who will play with her and be happy for cuddles and smooches at the end of the day. She will provide so much love and affection for anyone lucky enough to be able to adopt her into their family.
